Qualifications: Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Child Development or Early Childhood Education; a Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred.
Starting hourly wage:
$17.79 with Associate’s Degree
$19.51 with Bachelor’s Degree
40 Hours per week
42 Weeks per year
Responsibilities: To provide care, supervision, and teach a group of children; ages 3-5, in the Head Start Preschool classroom setting. Classes consist of 15 children ages 3-5 years old.

Custodian – EPIC Head Start Preschool
Requirements: Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to work cooperatively with children and families, co-workers, and supervisors.
Starting hourly wage:

Responsibilities: To provide a safe and clean environment in which children can learn. Keep the building and grounds clean, neat, and safe at all times. Light maintenance such as snow removal and lawn mowing.

16-20 Hours per week

Responsibilities: Floater will fill in for absent teaching staff. Assist the teacher in providing care, supervision and teaching for a group of children in the Head Start Preschool classroom setting. Classes consist of 15 children ages 3-5 years old. Other duties may be required and assigned.

Parent Educator/Home Visitor (Home Base) — Woodsfield Center — Monroe County
Qualifications: Minimum of a Home Visitors CDA credential or comparable credential, or equivalent coursework as part of an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree or an Associate’s Degree in early childhood or child development.
Starting hourly wage:
$16.84 per hour with Home Visitor CDA
$17.79 per hour with Associate’s Degree
$19.51 per hour with Bachelor’s Degree
40 Hours per week
48-52 Weeks per year
Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Responsibilities: Working with children ages birth – 3 years of age and pregnant women. Parent Educators will make a weekly 1.5-hour home visit with 12 families. Duties will include planning and implementing home-based learning experiences that ensure effective implementation of the home visiting curriculum and promote children’s progress and to build respectful, culturally responsive, and trusting relationships with families.
